Our primary courier company is currently TNT. All available shipping destinations are listed on the drop down box of the shipping address. If the list does not include your destination, please contact our Customer Service team who will discuss this with you and attempt to assist you. The list of destinations may be subject to change at any time. If you’ve already paid for a product through the www.jumeirahcollection.com website (“Product”) and we are notified before we deliver it that your destination is no longer available, we will have to cancel your order, inform you of this and refund your payment.
Our delivery charges are based on the order weight and delivery destination, and will be quoted to you instantly at the time of check out.
If you wish to use an alternative courier company, please contact the Customer Service team who will try to accommodate this request and if they are able to, they will ask you to provide them with information including a contact name for the purchase; the courier company name; your account number with that courier company and the phone number for that courier’s office in the United Arab Emirates.
We will try to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Your order will usually take up to 14 days to arrive. In some cases, Products will be sent to you by a third party and may take longer to be delivered to you. Delivery may also take longer if we are sending Products to more remote destinations, or if you’ve arranged for us to send Products through an alternative courier company. We do not guarantee any of our estimated delivery times and will not be liable to you for delays in receiving your order. Risk in any Product will pass to you on delivery. Ownership will pass to you when you’ve paid all amounts owing to us for the Products and met all other obligations to us under these Terms.
After placing your order, an email containing the tracking number for your order will be sent to your registered email address. If for any reason you do not receive the email please contact Customer Service team to assist you. You’ll be able to track the status of your order by logging onto My Account on this Website.
Orders that are shipped outside the United Arab Emirates may be subject to import taxes and restrictions. All Customs taxes, duties and fees are in addition to the shipping charges and are sole responsibility of the customer.
